- Introduce techniques such as Pareto Analysis (80/20 rule), Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone / 5 Whys), Decision Matrix, and Hypothesis Writing

- Teams present “before & after” diagrams for peer critique and iterative improvement

- Build skills in crafting user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping intricate stakeholder networks, prioritizing conflicting needs, and utilizing roadmap techniques (Now/Next/Later)
- Roleplay activity: Extracting detailed user stories from story maps
5. Turning Strategy into Action: OKRs & Beyond
- Scenario-based team sprint centered on the objective to “innovate faster”
- Teams define the Objective, Three Key Results, and a Business analysis action plan
- Presentations followed by constructive peer feedback
6. Wrap-up & Templates Toolkit
- Distribute a comprehensive BA toolkit featuring templates for stakeholder mapping, story mapping, prioritization, and more
- Gather and discuss key insights and takeaways from participants
