Participants will take the floor to share personal insights, an exercise designed to boost self-esteem and confidence.

Module 2: The Power of Influence and Persuasion – Engaging Your Audience

A deep dive into crafting and delivering messages that captivate attention, inspire action, and drive influence.

Activity 2: The Blind Guide

In this team challenge, three members collaborate to build a tower using alternately colored Lego blocks. Two participants are blindfolded, while the third acts as the unblindfolded captain, guiding the team solely through verbal instructions. One blindfolded member builds, while the other relays commands, highlighting the precision required in communication.

Reflection Session

Reviewing key takeaways and discussing the significance of the preceding exercises.

Module 3: The Architecture of Public Speaking

Analyzing the structural components of a speech, essential preparation methods, and critical factors for effective delivery.

Activity 3: Creating a Compelling Narrative

Teams work together to develop a cohesive story based on a single source topic, fostering creative and logical structuring.

Module 4: Crafting and Delivering Your Speech

Focusing on the construction of speech content, identification of optimal delivery strategies, and personal preparation techniques for a polished presentation.

Capstone Synthesis and Presentation

Participants will present a chosen topic in a 5 to 10-minute slot, applying the day’s learning in a practical forum.
