Introduction
Stage 1: Self-Awareness
Understanding others begins with a deep self-awareness of one's own behaviors and needs.
- Team members complete the PRISM BRAIN MAPPING survey.
- Individual consultation with team members: A session with a certified PRISM trainer to review and discuss the report.
During this session, each individual will explore:
- Their core strengths, potential weaknesses, and difficulties in action and collaboration with others.
- The extent to which they are fully utilizing their natural potential.
- Specific actions or scenarios that may trigger stress.
- The work environments where they perform and feel most comfortable.
- Requirements for effective cooperation and communication with colleagues.
Two dedicated sessions for the leader:
- Review of the leader's report, focusing on leadership style, its strengths, and potential challenges or difficulties arising from this approach.
- Comparison of the leader's preference profile against the team's aggregated preference results. In this session, the leader gains insight into how their leadership style impacts team dynamics.
Stage 2: Team Dynamics
To truly understand others, it is essential to explore the similarities and differences between oneself and other team members. Commonalities foster empathy, while differences encourage diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation.
- Workshop-style training on the characteristics of different behavioral preferences, their interdependencies, and their impact on communication and cooperation. This section lays the foundation for understanding the roots of human behavior and attitudes, promoting openness to diverse approaches.
- Group discussions on individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and areas of difficulty in cooperation. Participants will identify commonalities and significant differences within the team.
- An exploration of cooperation challenges and the development of actionable solutions to address them.
- Analysis of the team profile according to PRISM, highlighting team strengths, potential weaknesses, and specific communication and cooperation needs.
- Identification of areas where the team wishes to improve efficiency, with an analysis of how to leverage existing strengths to achieve these enhancements.
Stage 3: Effective Client Communication
A solid grasp of personal strengths, needs, and challenges, combined with an appreciation for diverse perspectives within the team, forms a strong foundation for understanding clients. This allows for the tailoring of communication methods to better address client needs, offering optimal services and products that resolve their critical issues.
During this training, participants will:
- Analyze challenges encountered when working with clients and identify their underlying causes.
- Learn to recognize different clients' behavioral preferences and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Determine which messages resonate with specific client preferences to encourage openness, and which should be avoided to prevent defensiveness.
- Practice crafting various message styles for different client types, refining the ability to tailor communication effectively.
