Requirements

The training is designed to be highly interactive, with participant engagement exceeding 80% of the session time. Each session follows a similar dynamic: an opening exercise to build new habits (awareness), a mini-lecture on techniques (knowledge), and the application of new tactics and techniques (skills). At the end of each session, participants receive supplementary materials related to the topics covered. Practical experiences are summarized in mini-lectures that provide theoretical foundations and explain the basic psychological mechanisms participants experience during workshop activities.
