  • The Circle of Influence: Learning to choose your battles wisely.

Assessment of workplace stress situations

  • Identification of negative stress scenarios.

Analysis

  • How we generate our own stress: Subjective perception (Video: How to make stress your friend; Method: NLP).
  • How our strengths can become weaknesses: Different communication styles (DISC) and their potential pitfalls.
  • Understanding our core values and their alignment with company, department, or team values.
  • Inventory of productive stress situations.
  • Strategies for optimizing positive stress.

Empowerment

  • Paired interviews and debriefing: Discovering personal skills and key qualities.
  • Empathy as a therapeutic approach (includes video).
  • Identification of individual energy sources for participants.
  • Daily relaxation exercises.
