- Self-assessment of current stress levels on a scale of 0 to 10.
Theory:
- Understanding the difference between productive stress and negative stress.
- The Circle of Influence: Learning to choose your battles wisely.
Assessment of workplace stress situations
- Identification of negative stress scenarios.
Analysis
- How we generate our own stress: Subjective perception (Video: How to make stress your friend; Method: NLP).
- How our strengths can become weaknesses: Different communication styles (DISC) and their potential pitfalls.
- Understanding our core values and their alignment with company, department, or team values.
- Inventory of productive stress situations.
- Strategies for optimizing positive stress.
Empowerment
- Paired interviews and debriefing: Discovering personal skills and key qualities.
- Empathy as a therapeutic approach (includes video).
- Identification of individual energy sources for participants.
- Daily relaxation exercises.
