- Practical Exercise: Analyzing a case study of a multinational corporation’s unsuccessful change initiative to pinpoint the root causes of resistance and overlooked opportunities.
- Further Application: Participants will map recent organizational changes using the ADKAR model for subsequent review.
Module 2 – Constructing a Compelling Business Case for Change
- Lecture: Developing a strong vision and aligning change initiatives with strategic objectives, including methods for measuring the return on investment (ROI).
- Discussion and Q&A: Identifying the primary drivers that create an urgency for change within your specific industry today.
- Practical Exercise: A group activity to draft a one-page “Change Charter” for a hypothetical merger, outlining the vision, objectives, and key benefits.
