•    Module 3: Optimization & Constraints

  • Comprehending Task Constraints and Deadlines.
  • The Critical Path: identification, analysis, and strategies for duration reduction.
  • Managing slack, delays, and additional time buffers.


Day 2: Resources, Costs, and Tracking
•    Module 1: Resource Management

  • Defining resource types: Labor, Material, and Cost.
  • Managing availability, rate tables, and variable expenses.
  • Assigning resources and resolving over-allocations (workload balancing).


•    Module 2: Financial Control

  • Entering fixed costs and one-time expenditures.
  • Analyzing costs at the project, task, and resource levels.


•    Module 3: Tracking & Reporting

  • The Baseline: establishing and saving the project plan.
  • Evaluating deviations and changes within the project.
  • Earned Value Analysis: assessing project performance.
  • Generating standard and custom reports for stakeholders.
