Requirements

Target Audience
This course is specifically intended for:

  • Individuals holding a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification.

The training readies participants for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge certification exam, which is included in the program. This credential validates updated proficiency in the ITIL framework and advances professional growth in service management.

Participant Preparedness

Attendance requires a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. No prior preparation is required beyond meeting this certification requirement.

Assessment Procedure

Participants are provided with an exam voucher valid for six months, offering the flexibility to choose an appropriate exam date.
Following the training, instructions for exam registration will be supplied. Scheduling is managed directly via the PeopleCert platform using a personal account. The assessment is conducted online with remote proctoring. A PeopleCert proctor oversees the session through a webcam and secure connection. Prior to starting, participants must verify their identity and display their surroundings to ensure adherence to exam protocols.

Assessment Specifications

  • Duration: 30 minutes.
  • Format: Multiple-choice questions (20 items).
  • Passing Threshold: 65% (minimum of 13 correct answers).
  • Conditions: Closed-book examination.
